Costumes...

Will put in pictures tomorrow... or later.

So, Corban LOVED dressing up. He was a black knight. I put bright orange duct tape on his cape and helmet to avoid any disasters, and he thought that it was the coolest thing ever (who DOESN'T think duct tape is the coolest thing ever?!), so we ended up putting it EVERYWHERE.

Kogi stole the show in his hot dog costume. He's a bit of a party pooper though. He's still shy of people, especially crowds, so he had to be walking around trunk-or-treating with us otherwise he would just hide under the car. At one point though while he was out in front he jumped and fell backwards, landing on his back. Because of the size and fluffiness of his costume, he couldn't roll over back onto his feet. He was like a turtle, stuck on his back. It was pretty fun to watch, especially when I realized that he was actually stuck, not just trying to reach an itch.

We didn't go house to house trick-or-treating this year (Corban was amazingly uninterested in the candy prospects). But we did attend two trunk-or-treats, one at our ward tonight, and one at Lani Ayers' ward last night. Logan wasn't able to come with us to Lani's because of an evening fencing class. When we got home he of course asked how it was. Corban replied, "It was AWESOME!! Sam (Lani's 5 year old) was BATMAN!!!"

"Oh really?! Cool!!! What was Benji (Lani's 7 year old)?"

"Benji was a MOMMA!!"

"A momma?" Logan asked, confused.

From the next room I clarified, "Benji was a MUMMY!!!"

"Oh, right." Corban corrected himself, "Benji was a mommy!!!"
